Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or manage your plan.

How do I reset my data?

Open Theseus → Settings → Reset My Data. This permanently clears your conversation history and communication profile.

How do I delete my account?

Open Theseus → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data.

My purchase isn't showing up

Open Theseus → Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out.
